Totetum Poles take quite abit of time to make. 4 balls of sculpey are
formed around a large 12" nail. Then the features are carved into each individual ball, one at a time. Hands with plenty of detail are added last. Then once baked, a thin layer of concrete is added. Spray sealer is added for protection.
Approx. 5" of nail is left protuding from the bottom. This is so you can place
the toetum in your garden or flower pot. |
